Steven Gerrard was pictured having a nice time with his players inside the dressing room as Al Ettifaq celebrated their second successive win.

As the new head coach of Al-Ettifaq in Saudi Arabia, Steven Gerrard has undoubtedly made a strong impression.

Steven Gerrard who is a former player for Liverpool, has won his second consecutive league game since taking over this summer.

It was learnt that Al Ettifaq struggled in its first four preseason friendly when the former England captain arrived in July, failing to lead the side to victory in any of those games.

If you remember, the Steven Gerrard team defeated Cristiano Ronaldo and Sadio Mane's Al-Nassr team 2-1 last week. On Friday, they continued their recent excellent run with a 2-0 victory against Al-Hazm.

The Commandos have had a perfect start to their league season, and they are now tied for first place with Al-Ahli in the Saudi Arabian Pro League with six points each.
