Mikel Arteta has suggested that Kai Havertz could lead the Arsenal attack in their Premier League match against Sheffield.
The Gunners host Sheffield at the Emirates stadium on Saturday afternoon in their EPL match day 10 fixture.
Speaking to the media ahead of the match, Arteta hinted that Havertz is one of the players who can play in number 9 position
Arteta on Kai Havertz as #9: "Yes, he's one of the candidates as we have different profiles".
If you recall that the Gunners have lost their talisman Gabriel Jesus to muscle injury.
Mikel Arteta confirmed that the Brazilian will be out for weeks after he sustained the injury against Sevilla in mid week.
The Arsenal boss praised the German international for his performance since he arrived at the Emirates stadium.
Arsenal spent 65m pounds on the signing of Kai Havertz from Chelsea in the summer transfer window.
He added, "For Kai, the minutes that he’s played, he’s been really good. It’s good and it’s difficult for the opponent as well to figure out who will play"
