In their divorce lawsuit, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have come to an agreement, especially over child custody.
During the three days of mediation last week, Joe and Sophie were working out the details of their divorce.
Assets weren't a significant issue since there is a prenuptial agreement. Child custody was the most important concern.
Joe wanted the kids to live with him in the United States, while Sophie wanted them to live with her in the United Kingdom.
Documents related to the settlement, which TMZ was able to get, state that "an amicable resolution on all issues between them is forthcoming."
They have decided on a temporary child custody arrangement in the meantime. The two children, who are 1 and 3 years old, will stay with Sophie from October 9 through October 21 as per the agreement. She is permitted to go to the UK with them during that time.
Sophie must bring the children back to the United States on October 21, and Joe will take them there until November 2.
After then, the children will return to Sophie until November 22. Joe will likely spend Thanksgiving with them once he receives them on that day.
On December 16, the children return to their mother, where they will remain until January 7. So she receives them for the holidays and the new year.
