Joseph Aloba Stresses Authorization Requirement for Son's Burial

Joseph Aloba, the father of the deceased musician Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as MohBad, has emphatically declared that no one is permitted to claim his son's body for burial without his explicit consent.

The 27-year-old singer, MohBad, tragically passed away on September 12, leaving behind a cloud of controversy surrounding the circumstances of his demise. Amidst this uncertainty, the Nigerian Police have taken up the responsibility of investigating the case.

Expressing his stance firmly, Late MohBad's father took to TikTok to assert his control over the burial arrangements, emphasizing that any actions regarding his son's burial must receive his authorization first.

"When this boy was alive, he was alive. When he go, he still retained my name. Nobody should go there and take his body, please," he said in the video.

This declaration from MohBad's father surfaced subsequent to appeals made by singer Bella Shmurda and actress Tonto Dikeh, requesting the release of the late musician's body for burial.

He added, "If they want to do anything there, I'll be the one to authorise them. Nobody should go and carry MohBad's body from there."
