During their King Cup encounter against Al Nassr, the Al Ettifaq supporters were showing their support for the Portugal international.
This comes after Lionel, a football rival of Cristiano Ronaldo, won his eighth Ballon d'Or on Monday night.
Cristiano Ronaldo, 38, was not among the top three recipients of the prize this year.
Ronaldo, however, seemed unaffected by the diversion and replied by waving at the crowd.
Ronaldo signaled to the away supporters to stop talking by putting his finger between his lips.
In the 107th minute of play, Sadio Mane's strike gave Al Nassr a 1-0 victory against Al Ettifaq.
