Jurgen Klopp Applauds Mac Allister's Impact in Midfield after Liverpool's emphatic win over Bournemouth
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp expressed admiration for midfielder Alexis Mac Allister, describing him as 'better than all sixes' following their impressive 4-0 victory against Bournemouth on Sunday.

Mac Allister, acquired in a £35 million summer transfer from Brighton, played a crucial role in Liverpool's midfield overhaul after a challenging previous season. Partnering with Dominik Szoboszlai and Curtis Jones, he swiftly adapted to his new environment, contributing to Liverpool's ascent to the top of the Premier League table.

Klopp, discussing the 25-year-old's influence, stated, "I was now part of the discussions, and since summer, we wanted to have him. He didn't play the simple six at Brighton, but he's an incredibly smart player. As long as you can create a compact formation, he is an outstanding six."

In the second half of the match, Darwin Nunez and Diogo Jota each scored braces, securing a convincing win for Liverpool and marking their third victory over Bournemouth this season in all competitions.
Klopp continued to emphasize Mac Allister's prowess, saying, "He is an outstanding six on the ball, better than all sixes as you can imagine. Against the ball, he's just really strong. If the pitch is too big, and there's space to open up, I don't know many sixes who are then great, but there might be a few who come off from the defensive side of it."

Concluding his remarks, Klopp praised Mac Allister's overall performance in the match, stating, "Again, he played today and was absolutely magnificent, I would say, in the second half as well. The first half, he was excited a couple of times when he really was going for it."
