Comedian Anita Asuoha, popularly known as Real Warri Pikin, recently delved into the challenges she has encountered following her gastric sleeve surgery. Participating in the viral "Of Course" challenge, she took to an online video to candidly discuss the transformations her body has undergone since undergoing the surgical procedure.
Real Warri Pikin highlighted the presence of saggy skin around her stomach, arms, and even her face as one of the notable changes post-surgery. The mother of three also shared that she now faces difficulties with bowel movements, revealing a new aspect of her physical struggles.
