Rema Criticizes Mavin Records' "Fake" PR Tactics
Rema recently went on a ranting spree on his social media platform, dragging his record label, Mavin Records, over what he deemed as "fake" PR.
In response to Mavin Records' tweet announcing his involvement in a new project, Rema retweeted it with apparent disbelief, questioning, "SMH, tf is this?" He expressed dissatisfaction with Mavin Records' lack of originality and urged them to cease using him to garner attention through disingenuous PR tactics.
In a tweet directed at Mavin Records, Rema emphasized the need for labels to adopt more innovative approaches and refrain from attempting to replicate his persona. He clarified, "Labels get creative, stop trying to clone me. No new music. sorry. I’m too big for fake PR bye!"
