Chidera Ejuke Joins Sevilla on Three-Year Deal
Nigerian international Chidera Ejuke has completed a transfer to Spanish La Liga side Sevilla, signing a three-year contract with the club. The 26-year-old winger joins Sevilla on a free transfer, following the expiration of his contract with Russian Premier League outfit CSKA Moscow.
Ejuke's impressive performances in Europe caught the attention of Sevilla's scouts, leading to his move to the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium. The Nigerian winger has previously played for Valerenga in Norway, Heerenveen in the Netherlands, and Hertha Berlin and Royal Antwerp on loan.
During his stint at CSKA Moscow, Ejuke scored 10 goals and provided five assists in 39 appearances. His impressive form also earned him a call-up to the Nigerian national team, where he has made several appearances.
Ejuke's move to Sevilla marks a significant milestone in his career, and he is expected to make an impact in La Liga. The Nigerian winger will wear the number 17 shirt for Sevilla and is eligible to play in the club's upcoming matches.
