Segun Ogunjobi, also known as Segxy, the bodyguard of award-winning musician Davido, has spoken out against allegations that he was assaulted by his employer at his wedding ceremony with Chioma Avril Rowland.
A viral video had shown Davido appearing to slap his bodyguard in the presence of his wife, Chioma, as Segun attempted to stop a child from approaching the singer. However, Segun has clarified that the situation was misinterpreted.
In a statement, Segun explained: "As regards the fake video flying on the internet, you all commenting on something you don't know. My boss didn't slap me, and he has never slapped any of his staff before. He was only cautioning me to allow the boy. The boy appeared from nowhere, and I tried to stop him.
