Akinwunmi Ambode, the former Governor of Lagos State who served from 2015 to 2019, paid a courtesy visit to his successor, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, at the Lagos House in Ikeja on August 12.
During his tenure, Ambode implemented various initiatives aimed at transforming Lagos into a mega city, including the development of the Lagos Light Rail system, the reconstruction of major roads, and the establishment of the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund.
Governor Sanwo-Olu shared photos from the visit on social media, expressing his appreciation for the meeting.
