Lugner, known for his lavish lifestyle and high-profile dates with celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Pamela Anderson, died at his villa in Vienna, according to multiple reports.

First responders rushed to Lugner's mansion but were unable to revive him. Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer paid tribute to Lugner, describing him as a "successful entrepreneur and dazzling personality" who "never lost his way."

Lugner tied the knot with Reiländer, 42, in June, despite their 49-year age gap. The couple's wedding was a grand affair, with 50 guests and 30 members of the press in attendance. Reiländer, an actress, had hinted at their active sex life, stating that their wedding night was "very long."

Lugner's health had been declining since their nuptials, with him being hospitalized for crippling back pain and later rushed to the hospital due to a ruptured heart valve. He had planned his funeral arrangements and ordered his tombstone, stating that he wanted to have everything in order for his heirs.

Recently, Lugner had handed over control of his business operations to Reiländer, calling her the "sole boss" of his empire. His business career spanned decades, with notable achievements including the opening of Lugner City, the seventh-largest shopping center in Austria, in 1990. Lugner had also attempted to run for Austrian president twice, in 1998 and 2016.

Throughout his life, Lugner battled health issues, including prostate cancer, skin cancer, and radiotherapy. Despite his passing, his legacy as a successful entrepreneur and high-society figure will be remembered.
