Ben, a contestant from Big Brother Naija Season 9, whose full name is Benjamin Okafor, has made a startling claim about his fellow housemate, Nelly.

According to him, during a private conversation, Nelly confided in him that the least amount of money she can accept from her boyfriend for upkeep is a staggering N5 million per month.

Ben shared this revelation while engaging in a conversation with another housemate, Handi. During their discussion, Ben predicted that Nelly’s relationship with Sooj, another contestant on the show, would not last beyond the confines of the Big Brother house. He believed that despite the strong connection the two seemed to share, several key factors would contribute to the eventual breakdown of their romance.

Ben said, "Two of them [Nelly and Sooj] like each other. But Sooj don love up like mad. So now this is the problem, I feel like after the house, they would just vibe. They won’t date long. I’m telling you my own prediction." This assertion sparked curiosity in Handi, who asked him why he believed the relationship would falter.

In response, Ben pointed to two primary issues. “Number one, the age difference is too much,” he said, suggesting that the gap in their ages could pose challenges.
