Halle Berry has accused Olivier Martinez of delaying their co-parenting therapy, citing a summer break, one year after their divorce.

Halle Berry has accused her ex-husband, Olivier Martinez, of postponing their co-parenting therapy to "take the summer off," one year after their divorce was finalized.

Berry, 57, and Martinez, 58, married in 2013, the same year they welcomed their son Maceo, now 10, and separated in 2016. Their divorce was completed in August 2023.

The couple had agreed in May to attend therapy sessions to address disputes and improve co-parenting for their son. However, according to court documents obtained by TMZ, Berry alleges that Martinez has postponed these sessions until September to take the summer off, without consulting her or their therapist.

Berry claims Martinez missed sessions in July due to travel to France and is seeking to cancel August sessions because of his brother’s visit. She is requesting that a judge enforce adherence to their agreed-upon schedule.

Additionally, Berry argues that since the therapy is conducted via Zoom, Martinez's travel cannot be a valid excuse for missing sessions. She noted that the six planned sessions were to be completed by June 14.
