According to reports, Yefimchyk's wife, Anna, performed chest compressions on him while they waited for medical assistance. Despite her efforts, Yefimchyk's brain had suffered irreparable damage, and his widow was left with the devastating news. In a heart-wrenching statement, Anna expressed her gratitude for the outpouring of support, saying, "I thank everyone for their condolences. It's very heartwarming to realize that I am not left alone in this world, and so many people have offered me help and support."
Yefimchyk's remarkable physique, which included 25-inch biceps and a staggering 340-pound frame, was fueled by a "mass monster" diet consisting of up to 16,500 calories per day, spread across seven meals. His daily consumption included over five pounds of steak and more than 100 pieces of sushi. Although he did not compete professionally, Yefimchyk shared his workouts online, amassing over 100,000 followers. Before his passing, he claimed to be capable of performing impressive lifts, including a 600-pound bench press, 700-pound deadlift, and 700-pound squats.
