French national team coach Didier Deschamps recently commented on Adrien Rabiot's challenging situation. 
Rabiot, whose contract with Juventus expired, found himself courted by several clubs. However, he is currently without a team and not training with any group. Consequently, Rabiot was not included in the France squad for the current international break.
Deschamps described the situation as "somewhat embarrassing" and expressed his hope that Rabiot will soon find a club, which would allow him to rejoin the national team. "Rabiot has a somewhat embarrassing situation. His contract was expiring, and he was solicited by several teams... but now he’s without a team and doesn’t train in a group. I hope he can quickly choose a club that can then bring him back to us," Deschamps stated.
Rabiot had signed a one-year contract extension with Juventus in June 2023, which kept him at the club until June 2024. During his time at Juventus, Rabiot made 177 appearances and scored 17 goals. In the 2022/23 season, he had an impressive performance, scoring 11 goals and providing six assists.
