However, she also spoke of the unexpected benefits of her experience, saying, "With humility, it also brings you face to face with your own vulnerabilities in a way you have never considered before, and with that, a new perspective on everything."
As she looks to the future, Kate emphasized her focus on maintaining her health, stating, "Doing what I can to stay cancer-free is now my focus." While she anticipates a lengthy recovery process, Kate is eager to gradually return to her royal duties, saying, "I am however looking forward to being back at work and undertaking a few more public engagements in the coming months when I can."
The video message, filmed in various locations in Norfolk, featured Kate alone and with her husband, Prince William, and their three children, George, Charlotte, and Louis.
