Nollywood actor Aremu Afolayan has recently expressed his regrets over not engaging in internet fraud, commonly referred to as "Yahoo Yahoo," when he had the opportunity. 
The actor took to his Instagram page to share his thoughts on the current economic situation in Nigeria, which has left many struggling to make ends meet.
In his post, Afolayan lamented the challenges of earning a living through legitimate means, describing it as feeling "super useless." He reflected on the times when discussions about internet fraud were prevalent and expressed his remorse for not participating in it. Speaking in pidgin English, he wrote, "All of d days way dem dey talk about yahoo, na today I regret pass say I no do am. Legitimate hustling never felt super useless."
Afolayan's candid admission has sparked a range of reactions from his followers and the broader public. Many have empathized with his frustration, acknowledging the harsh economic realities that have driven some to consider illegal activities as a means of survival.
