Ghana's Black Stars Fall to Sudan in Disheartening 2-0 Loss

Ghana's Black Stars experienced a disheartening 2-0 defeat against Sudan at the Martyrs of February Stadium in Libya. The Falcons of Jediane, led by former Ghanaian coach Kwesi Appiah, outperformed the Black Stars to claim a crucial victory.

The match witnessed two quick goals from Sudan in the second half. Ahmed Al Tash opened the scoring in the 62nd minute, followed closely by Mohamed Abdelrahman, who added another goal just three minutes later. Despite their efforts, Ghana struggled to pose a real threat to Sudan's defense, failing to register a single shot on goal in the first half.

This defeat places Ghana in a challenging position in their quest to qualify for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, as they currently sit third in Group F with only two points from three matches.
