Juventus director Cristiano Giuntoli has confirmed the end of the club's relationship with Paul Pogba.
Giuntoli remarked, "Pogba was a great player, but we have different plans now. We’ve invested in different players and our team is now complete."
The decision comes in the wake of Pogba's failed drug test in August 2023, which resulted in an 18-month ban on appeal. Pogba tested positive for non-endogenous testosterone, a banned substance that boosts testosterone levels. Despite his willingness to return to Juventus and even take a pay cut, the club decided to move forward without him.
