Having been sidelined with a muscle injury, the Nigerian striker came off the bench in the second half and made an immediate impact. His goal in the 93rd minute cemented a 3-0 victory for Galatasaray.
Throughout the match, Galatasaray maintained dominance. The opening goal was scored by Mauro Icardi in the 10th minute, following a corner. Icardi then added a second goal in the 52nd minute, extending the lead. Osimhen's acrobatic effort in added time sealed the win.
