Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca recently shared an update on Cole Palmer’s condition as the team prepares for their important Premier League match against Arsenal this Sunday.
Palmer picked up an injury in last weekend’s draw against Manchester United after a tackle by Lisandro Martinez, and his recovery remains a concern for Chelsea.
Maresca expressed measured optimism regarding Palmer’s potential involvement. "Cole is getting better, but just because he can walk and have dinner doesn’t mean he is fully fit," he explained. "Hopefully, we can get him on the field for a training session – at least by Saturday – and then make a decision," Maresca added.
