Kylian Mbappé was recently spotted playing a FIFA video game with his former Paris Saint-Germain teammate Achraf Hakimi, following his exclusion from France's squad for the November international break. This comes after the Real Madrid forward was left out of the squad by coach Didier Deschamps, despite being fit and available.
Deschamps explained that he and Mbappé had discussions, and the decision was made for tactical reasons, not related to any personal or off-field issues.
Mbappé had expressed a desire to join the team, but the coach chose not to call him up.
For this international break, France will face Israel on November 14 and Italy on November 17 in their UEFA Nations League fixtures.
