In the 39th minute, Renato Veiga capitalized on a Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall corner, heading the ball into the net to make it 3-0.
Astana's captain, Marin Tomasov, reduced the deficit just before halftime with a remarkable left-footed strike from outside the box. Despite increased efforts from the home side in the second half, Chelsea's defense remained resolute, securing the win.
