The match began with Juventus taking the lead in the 19th minute when Federico Gatti capitalized on a flicked corner to score from close range. However, Venezia equalized just after the hour mark through Mikael Egill Ellertsson's header. The visitors then stunned the Allianz Stadium by taking the lead in the 83rd minute with a header from Jay Idzes following a well-delivered free-kick.

In the dying moments of the game, Juventus were awarded a penalty after the ball struck Venezia defender Antonio Candela's arm. Vlahović stepped up to convert the spot-kick, salvaging a point for the hosts.

This result marks Juventus's tenth draw of the season and extends their unbeaten run in Serie A. However, with only six wins from 16 matches, they find themselves in sixth place with 28 points, nine points adrift of league leaders Atalanta. Venezia remains at the bottom of the table with 10 points.

The home fans expressed their frustration with the team's performance, voicing their displeasure at the final whistle. Juventus captain Danilo addressed the situation, emphasizing the importance of respecting the supporters: "There are dynamics that must always be respected here at Juventus. When you win and when you lose, you always have to go and greet the fans."

Venezia's coach, Eusebio Di Francesco, lamented his team's inability to secure the victory: "I believe these are two points dropped; we lacked cunning and should have managed the ball ... ." He added, "I'm sorry because a game like this ... . But we ended up drawing and it's ... ."

Juventus will need to address their tendency to draw matches if they hope to close the gap on the league leaders and improve their standing in the Serie A table.
