Nigerian actor Yul Edochie, who recently declared his intention to run for governor of Anambra State in the 2025 elections, is married to actress Judy Austin as his second wife.
The couple’s union became public in April 2022, when Yul introduced Judy and their first son, Star Dike Munachimso Yul-Edochie, on social media. The announcement stirred controversy, particularly because Yul's first wife, May Edochie, revealed she was unaware of the traditional marriage until it was already conducted.
Judy Austin, an accomplished actress and producer, had previously been married to Emmanuel Obasi before her marriage to Yul. Together, Yul and Judy now have two sons, Star Dike Munachimso and Pete Ndubuisi Yul-Edochie, named after their grandfathers.
