Belgian midfielder Radja Nainggolan has signed a contract with Lokeren-Temse, a club competing in Belgium's Challenger Pro League. The 36-year-old is set to participate in his first training session with the team today and will be officially introduced at a press conference later in the day.

Nainggolan, born on May 4, 1988, in Antwerp, Belgium, has had an extensive career, predominantly in Italy. He began his professional journey with Piacenza in Serie B before moving to Serie A side Cagliari. His performances earned him a transfer to AS Roma, where he made 203 appearances and scored 33 goals. He later joined Inter Milan and contributed to their Serie A title-winning campaign in the 2020-21 season.

Internationally, Nainggolan represented Belgium from 2009 to 2018, earning 30 caps and scoring six goals. He was part of the squad that competed in UEFA Euro 2016.

Prior to joining Lokeren-Temse, Nainggolan had been without a club since the summer. His return to Belgian football marks a new chapter in his career, bringing experience and leadership to his new team.
