Kaia Gerber, 23, ushered in the new year by soaking up the sun on the beaches of Cabo San Lucas. 
The supermodel was photographed enjoying a dip in the ocean in the popular Mexican resort city, wearing a royal blue swimsuit that beautifully mirrored the blue waters surrounding her.
Her two-piece swimwear featured a triangle top with delicate tie straps and a small gold charm at the center, paired with matching bottoms. Kaia accessorized with small gold hoop earrings and styled her chestnut-brown hair in natural waves. She appeared carefree and joyful as she ran along the beach and splashed into the water, both alone and later accompanied by friends.
Notably, Kaia was without her boyfriend, actor Austin Butler, during this beach outing. The couple, who began dating in 2022, have not been seen together publicly since October 2024.
Speculation about a possible split surfaced when Butler was absent from public events with Kaia, such as the 2024 LACMA Art+Film Gala and the Hollywood Reporter and Instagram’s Next Gen 2024 event. Neither Kaia nor Austin have addressed these rumors.
This serene beach getaway marked a positive start to 2025 for Kaia, who has kept a relatively low profile during the holiday season.
