Mercy Chinwo, the renowned Nigerian gospel musician, has accused her former manager, Ezekiel Onyedikachi, also known as EeZee Tee, of making life-threatening threats against her.
In a video posted on her Instagram on Tuesday afternoon, Chinwo shared the disturbing allegation, which comes just weeks after she took legal action against EeZee Tee, the owner of her former record label, EeZee Conceptz. The lawsuit is related to claims that he diverted $345,000 in royalties that rightfully belonged to her.

In her emotional message, Chinwo stated, “Hello everyone, it’s your girl Mercy Chinwo. I never imagined a day would come when I would have to sit here and share my story. For the sake of the body of Christ, I want to address the many falsehoods and misleading information circulating about my brand."

She continued, "A man claimed I sued him and went online to tarnish my reputation. He looked me in the eyes and told me, 'I made you who you are, and I will destroy you.'"

Chinwo expressed how these threats deeply affected her, revealing that she felt forced to relocate from Lagos to Port Harcourt in order to escape the toxic environment created by EeZee Tee. She described enduring bullying and threats, adding that his current online actions were nothing compared to the torment she had already faced.

The singer concluded, "He took me to court and then made a public statement saying I was the one who sued him. He bullied me, he threatened my life."
