Mikel Arteta Addresses Matheus Cunha Links Ahead of Arsenal’s Clash with Wolves

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has emphasized the club's active pursuit of attacking reinforcements during the January transfer window, following injuries to key forwards Gabriel Jesus and Bukayo Saka.

 When questioned about specific targets, such as Wolverhampton Wanderers' striker Matheus Cunha, Arteta stated, "I prefer not to talk about individuals." 

Despite Arteta's discretion, reports indicate that Arsenal is considering options including RB Leipzig's Benjamin Sesko and Wolves' Matheus Cunha to bolster their attacking lineup. 

Arsenal is set to face Wolverhampton Wanderers in a Premier League fixture on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Molineux Stadium. The match is scheduled to kick off at 15:00 GMT.
