Ugezu J. Ugezu, a Nollywood actor and director, has been honored with a prestigious chieftaincy title in his native Anambra State. He was officially inducted into the ruling council of the Iduu Eri Kingdom, a traditional entity with profound cultural significance in southeastern Nigeria.
The actor was conferred with the chieftaincy title of Nze Ukwu, Ayaka Igbo Gburugburu of Iduu Eri Kingdom by HRM, Eze Aka Ji Ovo of Obu Gad in Aguleri during the World Eri Festival.
Ugezu J. Ugezu, born on October 19, 1970, in Enugwu Ukwu, Anambra State, Nigeria, is a Nigerian director, actor, screenwriter, and producer. He is also a Highlife composer and singer.
