Vice President Kashim Shettima attended the traditional wedding of Toluwatimi Esther, daughter of Ekiti State Governor Biodun Oyebanji, and her husband, Ayodeji Kenny, in Ibadan on Saturday. The event was held at the International Conference Centre at the University of Ibadan.
Representing President Bola Tinubu, Vice President Shettima congratulated the families on their celebration of culture and tradition, offering his best wishes for a happy life together for the newlyweds.
The wedding was graced by several distinguished figures, including state governors such as Seyi Makinde of Oyo, Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos, and Dapo Abiodun of Ogun, as well as former governors, lawmakers, and ministers. Notable attendees also included Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin, Senate Leader Michael Opeyemi Bamidele, and Power Minister Adebayo Adelabu.
