Former Manchester United defender Patrice Evra has publicly advocated for reinstating Harry Maguire as the club's captain.

Evra expressed his support on social media, stating, "Give Harry Maguire the armband back! After all he’s been through, showing resilience and leadership."

Maguire, who previously captained Manchester United from January 2020 until July 2023, was succeeded by Bruno Fernandes.
