Tottenham Hotspur's forward, Richarlison, has sustained a calf injury during the team's recent 4-0 defeat to Liverpool in the Carabao Cup semi-final. Manager Ange Postecoglou expressed concern over the severity of the injury, stating, "It didn’t look good."

This setback adds to Tottenham's growing list of injured players, which includes Guglielmo Vicario, Cristian Romero, and James Maddison. The team is now facing significant challenges as they prepare for the upcoming FA Cup fourth-round match against Aston Villa. Despite these difficulties, Postecoglou remains hopeful that some key players will return in time for their Premier League fixture against Manchester United.

Reflecting on the team's current situation, Postecoglou acknowledged the criticism following their recent performance but emphasized his focus on internal matters. He stated, "I don’t care what people think. My focus is on managing the club."
