Veteran Nigerian Actor John Amaefule Hospitalized After Suffering Stroke

Veteran Nigerian actor John Amaefule has been hospitalized following a stroke. The 65-year-old actor is currently receiving treatment at the Federal Medical Centre (FMC) in Owerri, Imo State. 

According to reports, the stroke affected the left side of Amaefule's brain, leading to weakness on the right side of his body. Medical professionals have recommended several tests, including lipid panel, hemoglobin A1c, and electrolyte urea and creatinine tests. Additionally, medications for cholesterol, blood pressure, and diabetes management are advised. 

In response to the actor's condition, Nollywood producer Stanley Okereke has appealed for financial assistance to cover the medical expenses. He shared the following bank account details for donations.
