AC Milan Come from Behind to Secure 2-1 Victory over Como

AC Milan secured a 2-1 victory over Como in their Serie A match at San Siro on March 15, 2025. The visitors took the lead in the 33rd minute with a goal from Lucas Da Cunha. However, Milan responded in the second half, with Christian Pulisic equalizing in the 53rd minute and Tijjani Reijnders scoring the decisive goal in the 75th minute.

Pulisic's goal marked his 15th of the season, equaling Zlatan Ibrahimović's record for the most goals by a Milan player in their first two seasons. This performance continues Pulisic's impressive form, following his pivotal role in Milan's recent comeback against Lecce.

The match saw a significant moment in the 90th minute when Como's Dele Alli received a red card, reducing the visitors to ten men. Despite this setback, Como managed to maintain 58% possession and attempted 15 shots, with six on target. Milan, however, were more clinical, converting two of their three shots on goal.

This victory elevates AC Milan to seventh place in the Serie A standings, with 47 points from 29 matches. The team will aim to build on this momentum in their upcoming fixtures as they strive for a higher position in the league.
