Nollywood actresses Laide Bakare and Eniola Badmus have reignited their longstanding feud, this time over an incident at a recent movie premiere. The altercation unfolded on social media, with both parties exchanging heated remarks.

In a video shared on her official Instagram page, Laide Bakare recounted the events that transpired at the premiere of a colleague's movie. She claimed that Eniola Badmus approached her seating area and instructed the cameraman not to record them together. Laide alleged that Eniola publicly denied their friendship and referred to her as an "animal" in a direct message. She also accused Eniola of living a "fake life," editing her photos on social media, and undergoing surgery to enhance her backside. Laide asserted, "I'm much prettier than you."

In response, Eniola Badmus took to social media to defend herself. She acknowledged their history as childhood friends but expressed disappointment over Laide's actions. Eniola claimed that Laide had previously shamed her for not having children or a family and criticized her for supporting President Bola Tinubu. She warned Laide, stating, "When it comes to Vawulence, I am a War Lord."

This latest exchange adds to a series of public disputes between the two actresses. In May 2022, Laide accused Eniola of jealousy after the latter commented on her new luxury car purchase. Eniola had jokingly referred to Laide as "Iya LarinLordu," which Laide perceived as a slight. Eniola later clarified that her comment was intended as a joke and not an insult.
