Chelsea have submitted a €15 million offer for French goalkeeper Mike Maignan, with full sanction of the deal now resting with AC Milan . The Blues are aiming to secure a response by Tuesday, ahead of the closure of the Club World Cup transfer window—keen to finalise the move before their continental campaign kicks off .
Maignan, currently AC Milan’s first-choice keeper, remains under contract through summer 2026. Transfermarkt currently values him around €25 million . While Milan are believed to be seeking close to that valuation, Chelsea’s €15 million bid reflects their strategy to negotiate within their budget.
AC Milan now have until Tuesday to determine whether the offer merits acceptance. A decision is expected shortly.
