Nigerian winger Moses Simon has officially passed his medical with Paris FC on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, marking the final step of his transfer from FC Nantes. The two clubs agreed on a fee reported to be around €7 million .
The 29‑year‑old, who primarily operates as a winger but can also feature centrally, is expected to sign a three‑year contract with the Ligue 1 newcomers . Last season, Simon contributed eight goals and twelve assists in 45 appearances, reinforcing Paris FC’s attack as they prepare for their return to the top flight after 46 years .
A reliable presence at Nantes since his permanent transfer in 2020 (initially joining on loan from Levante in 2019), Simon played a key role in helping the club avoid relegation and reach the Coupe de France finals in both 2022 and 2023, winning the trophy in 2022 .
Transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano confirmed the news on X: “Moses Simon has just completed his medical at Paris FC today after deal done with Nantes for €7 m.”
Paris FC's decision to bring in an experienced Ligue 1 winger signals their intent to compete at the highest level next season. The club has also been linked with Chancel Mbemba from Olympique de Marseille, whose contract is set to expire later this month .
