Arsenal forward Gabriel Jesus has taken a significant step forward in his rehabilitation from the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury sustained last season. The Brazilian international has returned to outdoor training, engaging in individual ball work and sprint exercises as part of his recovery program.
Jesus has been sidelined for over seven months following the injury he suffered during Arsenal’s FA Cup clash against Manchester United in January. His return to the pitch marks a pivotal milestone in his journey back to full fitness, with hopes of rejoining team training in the coming weeks.
In a video shared on social media, the 28-year-old expressed his joy at resuming football activities, stating, “Today, I finally feel light — like a child playing football again. God is great”.
While a full return to competitive action is still pending medical clearance, Jesus’s progress offers a promising outlook for Arsenal’s attacking options heading into the latter half of the season.
