Christopher Nkunku Completes €37M Move from Chelsea to AC Milan on Five-Year Deal

Christopher Nkunku has completed a permanent transfer from Chelsea to AC Milan, joining the Serie A club on a five-year contract that runs until June 30, 2030. The deal is reported to be worth €37 million, with an additional €5 million in potential add-ons and a sell-on clause included .

The 27-year-old French forward arrived at Stamford Bridge in June 2023 from RB Leipzig for a reported €60 million. During his time at Chelsea, Nkunku made 62 appearances, scoring 18 goals and providing five assists. Despite battling injuries, he contributed to the club's success in the UEFA Conference League and the FIFA Club World Cup .

At AC Milan, Nkunku will reunite with former Chelsea teammates Christian Pulisic, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, and Fikayo Tomori under manager Massimiliano Allegri. However, Milan will not participate in European competitions this season due to their eighth-place finish in Serie A last term .
