Cubana Chief Priest Sends ‘Bag’ to Davido Amid Visa Denial for Miami Wedding
Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, has expressed both pride and regret after being unable to attend the white wedding of music superstar Davido and his wife, Chioma Rowland, in Miami.

The highly anticipated #Chivido2025 celebration followed the couple’s traditional ceremony in Lagos and court wedding earlier this year, with reports estimating the Miami event cost around $3.7 million.

Cubana Chief Priest, a close friend of Davido, revealed on Instagram that persistent U.S. visa issues prevented him from traveling. In a heartfelt message to his followers, he wrote:

> “The bag has been sent to Miami. Don’t play with me 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Congratulations @davido ❤️”

The post, which quickly gained attention online, was accompanied by pictures of a luxury gift, symbolizing his financial gesture despite being absent. On his X account, he also hinted at the grandeur of the celebrations, mentioning that Davido’s custom-made ₦3 billion Lamborghini Revuelto had arrived in Miami.

In a follow-up post, Cubana Chief Priest admitted his biggest regret was missing the moment when Davido showcased luxury watches to his groomsmen, saying: “Wetin pain me pass na when @davido show his groomsmen watch game & my hand no dey.”

Despite the setback, he confirmed that his wife represented him at the wedding and assured fans that he was present “in body and spirit,” adding that he intends to reapply for a U.S. visa soon, stating, “Delay is never denial.”
