Following Chelsea’s pre-season friendly match against AC Milan on Sunday night, former teammates Fikayo Tomori and Reece James were spotted together, sharing a warm moment that delighted fans of both clubs.
The encounter, which took place at Stamford Bridge, saw Chelsea secure a 2-0 victory over the Italian side. Tomori, now a key figure in AC Milan’s defense, faced his former club in a competitive yet friendly atmosphere. Despite being sent off during the match for a controversial challenge on Mason Mount, Tomori remained gracious and was seen embracing Reece James after the final whistle.
James, who left the match early due to a knee injury, later posted on social media expressing hope that the injury was not serious: “Fingers crossed it’s not a bad one. Love for all the messages, I appreciate you all”.
