Priscilla Ojo Denies Claims That Her Husband Juma Jux’s Boutique Was Burnt During Tanzania Unrest

Nigerian influencer Priscilla Ojo has publicly responded to viral reports claiming that her husband, Tanzanian singer Juma Jux’s boutique in Tanzania, was set ablaze amid the recent political unrest in the country.

Meanwhile, Priscilla clarified that while the store was looted during the protests, it was not burnt down, debunking the earlier social media reports. She stated, “My husband’s store was looted by Tanzanian protesters — not burnt.”

The rumours began after a post circulated on social media claiming that Juma Jux’s fashion store, reportedly valued at more than 780 million US dollars, had been destroyed by protesters following the country’s presidential election.

Priscilla later took to her social media platforms to set the record straight, explaining that although some items were stolen, the building remained intact. She, however, did not provide further details about the extent of the losses.
