Tacha Carries Out 145 Makeovers in a Day During Record-Breaking Challenge

Reality TV star and entrepreneur Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, has successfully completed her 24-hour Guinness World Record attempt for the most makeovers done in a single day, carrying out 145 makeovers within the time frame.

Despite encountering some challenges, including a brief power outage, Tacha maintained her momentum and completed the marathon session. The event was held at the John Randle Centre for Yoruba Culture & History in Lagos, where she began the challenge and concluded it around 8:30 p.m. on Sunday.

Her makeovers featured both male and female clients of different skin tones and body types, highlighting her creativity and versatility. Each transformation was documented through professional headshots and a runway showcase as part of the Tacha Beauty Festival, which served as the backdrop for the record attempt.

Several celebrities, influencers, and dignitaries, including Toke Makinwa, Ice Prince, Dabota Lawson, and Slimcase, attended the event to show support.

Although Tacha has announced the completion of her 24-hour record attempt, she is still awaiting official confirmation from Guinness World Records to be declared the record holder.
