Arsenal received a significant boost ahead of their trip to west London as forwards Gabriel Jesus and Viktor Gyökeres travelled with the squad for the clash against Chelsea.
Although both players made the journey, their involvement in the match-day squad is still subject to final assessment, with late fitness tests expected before kickoff.
Gyökeres, who has missed the last four matches due to a hamstring injury sustained in the win over Burnley, is said to be progressing well in his recovery and is considered close to full fitness. Jesus, meanwhile, has returned to full training after an extended absence following an ACL injury and recently featured in a closed-doors friendly to build match sharpness.
