Pep Guardiola has hailed Manchester City Striker Sergio Aguero.
The Argentinian showed his class in the month of January as he scooped the player of the month award.
He scooped the award with the likes of Alisson, Abdoulaye Doucoure, Jack Grealish, Jordan Henderson, Ayoze Perez and Jack Stephens to pick up the gong.
Man City striker surpassed Steven Gerrard and Harry Kane record who have won six Premier League awards.
Also, Aguero hat-trick in a 6-1 win at Aston Villa took him past Thierry Henry's 175 goals, and with his 12th treble in the competition he surpassed Alan Shearer's record of 11.
According to the manager, the former Atletico Madrid is one of the top players despite his injury crisis, he managed to notch 16 goals, to be second in the goal scorers chat.
Manchester City host West Ham this weekend in the Premier League.
