Liberian president George Weah threw his son Timo Weah sweet dinner party to mark his debut at World Cup after he scored for USA against Wales (Photos)

Legendary Liberia footballer George Weah took to his social media space to share adorable snaps from his dinner with his son, Timo. 

Mr George Weah whose the president of Liberia flew to Qatar to watch his son, Timo play his debut game at the World Cup. 

The 22-year-old is currently playing for the senior team of the United States of America. 

Timo made his debut at the FIFA competition in USA 1-1 draw against Wales on Monday night fixture.

The Lille forward scores his first goal at the World Cup but they held back after Gareth Bale scored a late penalty. 

Timo Weah took to his social media space to express his excitement about playing at the World Cup, he captioned: "🖤 Mixed emotions …. Meanwhile his father decided to celebrate him with sweet dinner after the game.
