World Cup: Bukayo Saka and Harry Kane misses training as England train ahead of USA game

The England national team took part in their training session ahead of their next group stage game. 

Conor Gallagher joined a small group of England players that were put through their paces in Doha today

Recall that Gareth Southgate side started their campaign with 6-2 thumping of Iran in Group B encounter. 

It was a comfortable win in their opening game of the 2022 Qatar World Cup yesterday. 

Bukayo Saka scored twice whole Raheem Sterling, Jack Grealish, Marcus Rashford And Jude Bellingham were among the goal scorers. 

But England's attention immediately diverts to Friday's clash with USA as Gareth Southgate's side look to earn their place in the knockout stages of the competition.

England as they have three days in their Doha training complex to prepare for their meeting with the USA in Al-Khor on Friday. Gregg Berhalter's side were held to a 1-1 draw by Wales last night after Gareth Bale's penalty ruled out Timothy Weah's first-half strike.

England took to the training pitch on Tuesday morning as the process of recovery ahead of their next game. 

Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher joined the likes of Trent Alexander-Arnold, Jordan Henderson and Ben White in taking part in the session while Eric Dier, Jack Grealish, Phil Foden and Marcus Rashford joined them after playing for only 20 minutes.

Harry Kane joined his fellow team mates in their recovery from Monday indoors. If you recall that The Tottenham striker was seen limping through the mixed zone after the win with strapping around his right ankle after a challenge from Morteza Pouraliganji. 

However,  Leicester City midfielder James Maddison continues his rehabilitation indoors after being excluded from the squad on Monday.
