Ex Chelsea star Didier Drogba Becomes The First African To Be Inducted Into Premier League Hall Of Fame

Didier Drogba, a legend for Chelsea and the Premier League, was inducted into the Premier League Hall of Fame for his outstanding performances in the league while playing for Chelsea.


The Premier League Hall of Fame have already inducted Peter Schmeichel, Paul Scholes, Didier Drogba, Vincent Kompany, Ian Wright, and Sergio Aguero in 2022, as reported by Reportminds Blog.


The Ivory Coast striker was inducted into the Premier League Hall of Fame in the past. He was the first African to do so because of this.


During his trophy-laden tenure at Stamford Bridge, Drogba's goals helped him become one of the best strikers in the Premier League.


In 254 career games for Chelsea, Drogba scored 104 goals, acquiring him the golden Boot grant in 2006-07 and 2009-10 seasons.
